Finally after years I had the guts to attempt a song about my dad/s suicide by drowning, and I took maybe 30 minutes to write it, and these songs are gifts that are real, uncensored and healing. He took the cement umbrella holders to weigh himself down in our swimming pool, and I think I was 8 going on 9 years old back then in '86.
